Idaho CNV Promoter Creates Meditation Video for Kids

Idaho CNV Promoter Liz Paul wanted to bring some nonviolence resources into the K-6 classroom, especially to mark International Day of Peace, so her group produced this YouTube video below. It’s a teaching video for Monkey Mind Meditation. Liz says it’s ready to be used in the classroom or anywhere else. It has an 8-minute introduction and a 10-minute meditation
