Celebrating International Day of Peace

Working with Rev.Dee Lundberg, we held our event at Casper United Church of Christ. We planted a peace pole and dedicated it, sending our prayers and positive energy for peace out to the world. Yoga, meditation and acupuncture were offered. An art table was provided with activities for children. Two bands performed made up of local musicians. We plan to host an event next year.

An informational item appeared twice in the local paper’s community pages, (the Casper Star Tribune) before the event.
