Vigil for Peace in Madison, WI

Activists in Madison, Wisconsin held a peace vigil through downtown! Photo’s above and several brief Youtube videos below!Peace Pie in Wisconsin

Also, at the end of their “Demilitarize our Communities March” they delivered a peace pie to the Police Chief, with whom they’d met the week before. They were very impressed with his philosophy and work on community policing and trying to make a dent in racial disparities, so they wanted to encourage those efforts.
