PC Holy Land Pilgrimage

Dear Pace e Bene/Campaign Nonviolence Supporters,

We wanted to make you aware of a pilgrimage to the Holy Land from May 10th to 23rd, 2015 where those taking part will be able to meet with Christian, Muslim and Jewish peacemakers in the area and visit many places that are holy to Jews, Muslims and Christians.  You will also have the opportunity to meet with other peacemakers from all over the world who will be with you in Bethlehem from the evening of May 13th to the morning of May 17th at the Pax Christi International World Assembly, which you will attend.

The price of the trip, $3990, which includes airfare from and to Dulles Airport and Tel Aviv and includes all meals, lodging and other expenses including most tips (tips for our bus driver and guide are additional).

A highlight of this trip will be attending the Pax Christi International World Assembly, which will take place in Bethlehem fromWednesday evening, May 13th to Sunday morning, May 17th.  There you will meet Pax Christi leaders from all over the world and hear about the underlying causes of injustices in their countries and how they are similar (and different) from the challenges to justice and peace faced by Palestinians.

I hope you will be able to join us for this unique trip to the Holy Land this May.  I know you will have questions about the trip that we will be glad to answer.  Please let me know what your questions and concerns are.

Please send in the registration form and deposit check for $300 as soon as possible so it arrives at HCEF no later than January 25th to make sure you have a place on this pilgrimage.  To the degree space is available, registrations will be accepted after January 25th and until March 20th.  Download the itinerary and registration form here.

Sincerely,

Bob Cooke
