Celebrating Peace in Fond du Lac Wisconsin

International Day of Peace Celebration for Campaign Nonviolence Week of Actions 2015

On the International Day of Peace, Sisters of St. Agnes in Fond du Lac, WI gathered to pray that courageous world leaders would address the devastating effects of war, poverty and climate change on Earth, our common home. Quotations from Pope Francis’ encyclical, Laudato Si’, formed the basis for their reflections. Sister Sally Ann Brickner and Carol Braun planned and led the service. Julie Carbaugh coordinated the technology.
