Mindful praying and walking for peace Sept 20 by Portland, Maine Bay

By Sr. Jackie Moreau

We all give out energy. In joining together to imagine peace in our world, we strengthened our energy output.

We felt the difference and believe it made a difference in the world.

Spending the hour together by the bay enabled us to be more present to the beauty around us and be nourished by it.

We left refreshed and recommitted to live more in the present, to savor mother nature, to live peaceably.
