Peace Quest Week of Action in Lansing

Posted by Ryan Hall

Organizers in Lansing, MI have organized a week long series of events for the International Day of Peace during Campaign Nonviolence Week of Actions.

They recently held a peace march honoring historic peace advocates, clergy comments on peace, Native American peace pipe ceremony, yoga, art prize, music, information tables and more. See the videos below!

On Sept. 21 they showed the film “Inside Peace” . This is an amazing story of how inmates in a Texas prison found peace and dignity within themselves, and took it with them when they were finally released.  See photos below.
