The invitation to attend the community Potluck for Peace was distributed widely in our community, especially among community activists and advocates and the active interfaith community. Jim Eaglesmith, local song-writer and performer, played his Grammy-nominated song “Under One Sky.”  Rajan Zed, Hindu statesman, opened with an ancient Hindu prayer.

It was a low-key event, with good table conversation and good food.
