Mixing the Water in Winnipeg

Close to 100 people met in the Saint-Boniface Cathedral ruins to participate in this event.  Representatives of nine different faith communities participated in a period of gong and silent meditation followed by a “Mixing the Water” ceremony symbolizing our unity and common goal of non-violence and peace.

This event was part of numerous activities that are being held during Peace Days week in the Winnipeg area.
