by Paul Bueno de Mesquita  // Part of the Campaign Nonviolence Week of Actions

Peace Day at Center for Nonviolence & Peace Studies at the University of Rhode Island. Students gathered on the quad all day to make personal statements of peace and to fly those flags different groups and organizations came out to Stan for peace in our giant human peace sign. The day concluded with a candlelight vigil to remember all those who have given their lives for the cause of peace and for all victims of various forms of violence.
