This program brings together practitioners of 3 different disciplines – Tibetan Buddhism, Zen Buddhism & Mindfulness – to discuss the principles of their tradition and lead participants in simple practices. Speakers and participants can then dialogue on the benefits of meditation on personal and interpersonal levels and in schools/workplaces.
