“Radical Inclusion” is pastor’s topic at annual River Valley MLK observance
SPRING GREEN, Wisconsin – The Rev. Everett Mitchell will be guest speaker at the annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. observance beginning at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 17, 2015, at Spring Green Elementary School.
“The Challenge of Radical Inclusion: Building the Beloved Community” will be Mitchell’s topic at the Spring Green event, which is free and open to the public. Beverages and birthday cake honoring Dr. King will be served. Free will donations will be accepted to cover costs of the annual observance.
In addition to his duties as pastor at Christ the Solid Rock Baptist Church, Mitchell works as the Director of Community Relations for the UW-Madison.
