– We will explore and discuss the impact of trauma on violence and what we can do to prevent creating more trauma for ourselves and others;
– We will define who “other” is,
– We will discuss tools for living non-violently and methods of resolving conflict, this will include highlights of being a compassionate human.
-We will also have interactive exercises designed to cement these concepts.

Peace Advocate, Trainer, and Trauma Support in Santa Barbara, California
I am on a mission to help change the world by focusing on Peaceful Ways of living and being. I currently reside in Santa Barbara, California but love to travel to different sites for training. I have lived in the Pacific NW and California for over 10 years and traveled across the country many times. I love the great outdoors and protection of our nature resources. I am passionate about causes that support nonviolence advocacy, reduction of war and the trauma it causes to children and families.
I have been a trainer/teacher and practitioner of personal development, conflict resolution and mindfulness for myself and others for over 20 years.
We thank the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange for their hospitality to this event.Get Directions via Google Maps
