Print edition cover

Last year Pace e Bene Press published John Dear’s most recent book, The Nonviolent Life. To date we’ve sold over 4000 copies of the print edition, and now we’re excited to announce that The Nonviolent Life is available in three different editions,  print, audiobook CDs and most recently the Amazon Kindle eBook.

John wrote this book because after thirty years of preaching the Gospel of nonviolence he has never found a book that completely captures what he considers the three crucial elements of nonviolent living –  1) being nonviolent toward ourselves; 2) being nonviolent to all others (including creation and creatures); and 3) joining the global grassroots movement of nonviolence.

This book is perfect for individuals and groups looking to go deeper on the nonviolent journey.  Read his great study group questions included at the end of each section here.  You can also read a great review of The Nonviolent Life here.
